1. B2B Trade Nature & Exclusions

This website serves primarily as a B2B (business-to-business) wholesale information directory. The listing of a pharmaceutical product, injection, or tablet does not constitute a retail offer or transaction catalog. We do not support direct electronic checkout, shopping cart orders, or retail online sales. All transactions are negotiated offline and confirmed via standard B2B invoice contracts.

2. Strict Prescription (Rx) Sourcing Rules

In compliance with the Drugs & Cosmetics Act and drug control guidelines:

• For Pharmacies & Wholesalers: All orders must be backed by a valid Wholesale Drug License (Form 20B/21B or equivalent) and GSTIN registration.
• For Individual Patients: Life-saving medicines will not be traded or supplied without the submission of a valid, legible prescription written by a registered medical practitioner (MD/DM Speciality Specialist).

3. Pricing & Negotiation

Pricing for super speciality care medicines fluctuates based on bulk volumes, manufacturer updates, global import parameters, and cold-chain shipping specifications. All quotes provided via email, WhatsApp, or phone represent B2B estimates and are subject to final contract verification.

4. Cold-Chain Delivery & Risk

Eternal Speciality Care maintains strict GDP cold-chain criteria (2°C – 8°C) during transport. Buyers must audit and log incoming shipment temperatures on receipt. Any reports of transit thermal deviation must be reported to our dispatch desk within 2 hours of delivery alongside logger logs. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for temperature-sensitive drugs once successfully delivered and accepted.

5. Dispute Jurisdiction

All trade contracts, inquiries, and legal issues relating to this website or wholesale supplies shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
